From baking to final pictures this cake took 3 evenings. I baked and cut the fondant pieces on the first night. made my frosting and fondant on the second night - covered the cake. and finished the decorating on the Third night. I have not cut it yet- I will take it to my work and let my office enjoy it! The decoration is all done with marshmallow fondant that I make myself. I hand color it by kneading technique and use nothing but water and piping gel to assemble the pieces.
