I had so much fun creating this cake, I've been baking for as long as I can remember, I burned so many light bulbs on my Easy Bake I quit counting. I am trying to pass down this legacy to my children and we have so much fun creating edible works of art together.
This cake didn't take very long to make, one long afternoon, the longest part was baking and waiting for it to cool. My cake was a butter recipe yellow with homemade buttercream and homemade marshmallow fondant. This was my first time working with fondant and I LOVED IT!
I made this cake for my wedding anniversary (11 years-WOOT!) and we dug in til there were only crummies left.
