Nicole Weston is the writer and the baker behind the popular food blog, BakingBites.com. Baking Bites has been named one of the top 50 Food Blogs in the World by the London Times. Nicole and her recipes have also been featured in publications such as People Magazine and the Washington Post.
Jen Yates is the writer and creator of the hit blog Cake Wrecks. Cake Wrecks was the 2008 Weblog Awards winner for Best Food Blog and the 2008 winner of the Best Humor Blog from the Blogger's Choice Awards. Jen's book, Cake Wrecks: When Professional Cakes Go Hilariously Wrong, will be in stores this October.
Mary Alice from Ace of Cakes has also offered up her judging prowess.
Louse from Copenhagen has decorated cakes since 2005 and is editor of the blog CakeJournal.com where she blogs about her passion for everything related with cake decorating, tips and tricks. Louise's cake baking passion is shared with over 4000 readers a day.
Jennifer is a self-taught baker whose adventures can be followed at her blog, Bake or Break. That site began in June 2006 as an outlet for sharing her love of baking. Bake or Break focuses on simple, delicious baked goods, with an unintentional focus on chocolate. She lives happily with her husband Quinn, two cats, and a Kitchen Aid mixer.
