If history repeats itself, I'm totally getting a dinosaur.

Another dinosaur cake for me! I think my son's love (more like an obsession) for dinosaurs is starting to show up a lot in my work.

The cake is a strawberry Jello cake with vanilla buttercream icing. I piped the letters, teeth and tongue with chocolate coverture over a wax paper piece that I traced over my computer screen.
It was delicious, very moist and fruity!
