Owls of the Nile

Hi! A whole crew created this amazing 3D owl cake. Our group consisted of teenage girls and toddlers - everyone helped out! The ingredients we used were marsh-mellows, food coloring, flour, and plenty of sugar. Nothing was store bought, not even the fondant! We had to bake five cakes in the span of two days. The concept was created by our amazing 13 year old girls and the mixing was handled by our talented toddlers. We even got some adults to help us, especially when it came to separating the egg yolks. This is our first contest and the kids put their hearts in to it. We hope you guys enjoy!
