Description
Hiya!! I'm a 23 yr old baker, italian. I made this cake with my friend and collegue Anna. It took three days, for baking the choclate cake, cool it down, fill it with chocolate ganache and whipped cream, cool it down again and decorate it. We used the only fondant we can find here in Rome, which is definitely crappy. Decorated cakes are very rare in Italy, that's why it's hard to find supplies, and those you find are not very good: that's why the colors are not so brilliant. Anyway we still had an awesome time making it and eating it!!! The chocolate cake inside was deliscious.
