Three people. Four weeks. One cute cake. :D
Our cake making team consisted of three co-workers--Michelle, Hina and Christina.
This cake was four weeks in the making--primarily due to our epic procrastination (there was just so much pretty to choose from!). We spent more time practicing and prepping for this cake than actually completing our entry.
This was our first time entering a cake making contest. We used a pound cake recipe to make sure we had a sturdy cake--even though it was only a single layer. Marshmallow fondant (which tasted delicious) was used to decorate the cake.
We'll be cutting into the cake after Hina finishes her last exam this Tuesday! Wooooot!
