Description
my cake story star with my boss she got the email and when she saw everything talk to me and said: you need to do this, you can do it!!!
i star to looking the pictures, made the selection and the fun started..
the process took me about two weeks between design, baking and sculpting..even do I do cakes frequently is my first time sculpting something to attach to the cake...I had so much fun and good time with this project!!! i did my best!
I did vanilla, chocolate and strawberry cakes with butter cream, the sculpture ( tree, birds and bottle) are rise crispy sealed with royal icing and covered with fondant and the end of the branches are cotton candy so everything is edible...and is not because I did it but it was DELICIOUS!!!!
