Description
I entered this competition mainly because my friends like when I treat them with cakes. As for this one, it is my version of “Sounds of the Sea” design. Took one cozy Sunday afternoon in a nice company to make it.
The pastry is of eggs, flour, sugar, oil and cocoa – makes it nice to cut in stripes. Cream is cooked milk and flour with egg yolks and milk chocolate added. Once cooled down, butter and sugar is mixed in. Glaze is made of dark chocolate and decorations of egg white beaten with sugar and dried in the oven.
