Vegetarian Zombie

Description
Hello! My name is Natalie and I LOVE making crazy cakes. Wedding cakes are always lovely but I dig a challenging carved cake.
This cake was Carrot cake (because, hey, it's a vegetarian zombie!) and White cake with my favorite buttercream frosting. It took me some blood, sweat, and tears to get this bad boy together... and I almost threw in the towel at one point... But I pulled through. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat as this was one of the funnest cakes I have ever done!
I spent about 3 hours making the ingredients, baking and about another 6 carving, sculpting, and hand painting this gem.
One of the best things about making this cake was eating it! I did, however, make my husband cut it for me. It's always so tough cutting into a cake you have spent so much time on.
The Vegetarian Zombie design was just the cleverest idea and beautifully drawn out design I had seen in a long time, I fell in love with it immediately. I bought my shirt several months ago and about two months ago ordered one for my sister in-law as well (She is a rocking Vegan!)
This was such a cool experience and I am so grateful to get to be a part of it! Thank you Threadless for rocking so hard!
