The Blind Conscience

This year I am 13, and this is my second year doing Threadcakes. I decided this year that I would put my artistic talents towards creating a painting with frosting, fondant, and most of all cake. I started with making 4 cakes, and afterwards stacking with frosting. Then I carved the cake into the head and dirty iced it. I prepared the fondant, and layed it over the cake. Then creativity begins. I made colored icing and frosted the cake in layers to create the design. To create a additional definition to the cake I put a band of black fondant over the face, and stuck a fondant knot in the back of the head. Overall this cake took me a day and a half to make. I hope you enjoy this cake as much I've had creating it.
