Ice Cream Cheerleading Stunt

I needed to make a birthday cake quickly for my nephew who's turning three, so when I found the little three scoop ice cream picture, I knew it was just the one! I baked brownies and covered them with fudge, then set to sculpting the ice cream cone! I used a mini cone for the base, then covered marshmallows with cream cheese fondant for the ice cream. I painted on the eyes and mouths, and sculpted all the little arms and legs! This was quite challenging, especially in such a small size and making it stand up! It took me from about 7pm until 1:00am, but there were a few interruptions in the middle! The brownies were TASTY, and marshmallows are divine with the fondant, so this ended up being one awesomely delicious cake!
