Happy Little Trees are Happy

I finally got some time to enter a threadcakes competition and I actually followed through this time! I remember watching Bob Ross as a kid so naturally I chose a Threadless t-shirt that was about him and transformed that into a cake. I used the buttercream transfer method and it took me about 5 to 6 hours of non-stop piping to to get all that done. I let it freeze overnight and baked the cake the very next day as I rushed home from work and school. Thankfully I was able to finish on time and am proud to submit my very first entry to a cake contest! The cake is chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream filling and iced over with vanilla buttercream. Everything on this cake is made of buttercream! (*insert happy little tree*) ^__^
