Description
WHERE DID THE ANCHOR COME FROM THOUGH? A ship!
I thought the octopus was super cool but my original idea did not involve a ship...until someone drew it out for me. It's a dark chocolate cake with chocolate chips and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream - cake scraps were delicious of course. It's also my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake- I love how this contest is making me try new things! It took me a few days to make and I was very dissatisfied with it until I added the water. Not gonna lie, I LOVE my water. My marshmallow fondant was a little dry this time, but I guess it adds to the wreckage effect... I named him Oct-y.
