Dolphox

I just found out about this contest this week and thought it would be a good challenge. I let my friends and family decided between two designs and the Dolphox won. I decided to make the cake out of red velvet using a recipe that dyes the batter with beets and raspberries. It really gave it a meat look. The outside was done with cream cheese icing and the white is fondant. Getting everything done took a few days. This is the first cake I have ever shaped.
