Anatomy of a Troll

So this is my first ever contest cake entry and im so excited! I worked on this piece for a good week. My troll is made up of my delicious mocha cake and chocolate ganache frosting. This is probably my biggest cake to date, seriously it is huge. If it wasnt carved this would be a 6 tiered cake! Anyways this was amazing and i cant wait to compete again :)
