Marshmallow Factory

The whole process of making my cake took three days. It was hard, but it was really fun. I used three vanilla cake mixes, homemade frosting, homemade fondant, and homemade rice crispy treats. The whole cake was covered in frosting and the decorations (unicorn, clouds, "marshmallows", etc.) were made of fondant. The little green mounds at the bottom were made of rice crispy treats and covered in fondant. I used food coloring paste mixed with water to paint the faces on the mounds, little yellow star creatures, and unicorn. I tried my best to take pictures of the whole process, but looking through my pictures, I realized I didn't have any pictures of me stacking or frosting the cake. I hope you'll understand that I was just so enthralled in the cake making process that taking pictures totally slipped my mind at this stage. When it was all done, I had some friends over and we all had fun eating it. Everyone thought it was delicious. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to make this awesome cake!
