Description
The cake took about two or three hours to produce. Firstly, I baked a square cake to form the main part of the design - and cut the four holes in it. I removed the blocks, and rolled out pale yellow fondant icing to cover both the pieces and the frame. After that, I iced on the faces, and made a couple of fondant tongues.
Then to make the pentagon, I baked some cupcakes - cut one of them down to a pentagonal shape, and covered it with fondant icing. I made eyes and a tear out of white fondant icing, then iced on the other features.
Cake done.
