Useless Superpowers

This is one of my favorite shirts. It was our first time working with fondant, and it was quite a challenge to get fondant that wasn't too sticky to work with! Our first attempt with cooked fondant was too lumpy at first, so we tried an uncooked fondant that came out too sticky. Fortunately, the cooked fondant did well after a while in the refrigerator. We spent about 7 hours on this project with 2 people and 2 people helping out from time to time. The uncooked fondant ended up making fantastic icing dyed black for outline. The cooked fondant made the colored bits, which were often so small that they were hard to work with. The cake was especially tasty.
