Super Mega Fun

I began this cake on Friday by baking 6 cake mixes from Betty Crocker after they cooled I put them in the fridge to cool overnight. On Saturday I spent 11 hours stacking and carving this cake. On Sunday I only spent about an hour getting placed on its board and getting the wheels in. The entire cake was covered with fondant and I used fondant on a number of details. I made butter cream frosting for the filling and the details. The cake was vanilla and overall it was a big hit for everyone. I picked the ice cream truck because it looked like alot of fun never realizing how much work I had cut out for myself.
