Escape to Space

These are chocolate cupcakes with white chocolate frosting, dipped in chocolate (did I mention chocolate?). The stars are royal icing and the rockets are thinned royal icing piped onto wax paper. It took 48 hours for the rockets to harden. Rocket detail was added with a Wilton "Food Writer" pen.
