Self Destruction

This cake was made from three layers of devil's food cake for the body and rice crispy treats for the hands and feet. The entire cake is covered in either black or white rolled fondant. Between the layers of cake is some delicious chocolate frosting. Long hours of brainstorming went into trying find a way to support the lighter in the bomb's hand because it was decided early on that the lighter should be a real lighter. Sadly, no form of edible engineering was found, and therefore, a piece of thick wire was used as support for the lighter. Other than that, the cake is entirely edible (and delicious). Fortunately, I was able to save the bomb from self destructing by devouring it before it had a chance.
