Be Green

A good friend sent me a lnk to this site. I am thrilled to enter a cake contest based on artwork. I am not a traditional cake kinda girl. I found my entry based on color and theme. I love green and recycling! So I went with the "Be Green" Tee. It took me a few hours to make. I baked dark Chocolate sour cream cake, with Cream cheese frosting, covered in kelly green vanilla fondant. The decorating was the best part. I love how nicely it came together. The little bee was the biggest hit at our gathering. My nephew Mikey was the lucky guy who got to eat it.
