Cooking With Friends

I'm a chef and I like to cook with friends. I also enjoy a good pun. This cake took aproximately 5 hour I made hard sugar for the measuring cup that the penguin is in. The cake is a white cake with cream cheese frosting and Fondant. The polar bears and iceberg are the cake and the rest of the gang are made from gum paste.
