Clean Monster

I baked with two of my best friends, and we chose this design together. Our cake was a two tier, two flavor cake. Mark and I baked the bottom tier(two layers of chocolate cake with milk chocolate frosting) and the top tier(two layers of vanilla cake with buttercream frosting). Amanda then joined us and we covered both layers with fondant. We cut the buildings out of fondant, and painted them with a black food coloring and water blend to give them a greyish color and some texture. Mark then crafted the monster out of green fondant and Amanda and I fashioned a spray bottle and sponge. We had a lot of fun making this cake and we hope it shows. It was absolutely delicious, especially the scraps which we were eating all the while.
