Hi lovely people!!!
I'm a cat lover...so it's easy to understand why I chose this one as my inspiration.
With baking time and structure construction it took me between 4 to 5 hours to finish it.
Yes, these are crumbles… I used the “pop cakes” technique.I started by doing a chocolate cake and some coconut feeling. After it cooled down I crumbled the cake so that could I get some kind of bran to which I added the cream to give it consistency. After that you are ready to shape it.
I put it in the fridge for 30min and I decorated the base.
Took it out of the fridge and started by covering it with sugar paste (the first layer is to cover imperfections) and than just added the details like the paws and the muzzle. Last but not least I used some edible dust to give it the final touch.
Let me tell you that I gave it as a present to my aunt on her birthday and she LOVED it!!!
