Hi and thank you for letting me enter this contest.
I chose the design Beauty Immortal by Lidija Paradinovic & Kimby Dawson. It's a very pretty design and looks like it's very popular as well.
The cake is a rich coffee chocolate cake, ganache filling, buttercream icing and covered in marshmallow fondant. This cake took approximately 20 hours of total work. The branches have thin wire for support and there are a couple of toothpics where needed for support and one wooden dowling speared through the two cakes to help keep the two portions together.
