Description
This is my fifth and last cake for this year. As I participated in a recreation of psychiatric full of zombies I thought that a cake that looks like a zombified Happy Meal will fit perfectly for the occasion. Unfortunately I had to hide the cake until the last moment so I have no photos with the environment. It was a great success, all the people at the party were delighted.
I made one cake , cut it into layers and then piled it and give it a shape of glass and bag of fries. It's filled and covered with white chocolate ganache, the decoration is made of fondant. The fries are cookies I made. The minced meat ball is made out of cut offs with white chocolate ganache and covered with handmade fondant threads . Everything is edible, except the straw, 5 sticks (2 in the bag of chips and 3 in the glass ) securing the cake (once covered with fondant the cake started to lean ...) and eyes and hands are holded with toothpicks.
I really enjoyed making this cake and although it is not go all perfectly equal to the design I am very happy with the result.
