The Birdhouse Thief

I love bird houses and I always wanted to make one. Here was my chance in making 5! Yay! I made a 8-inch banana chiffon cake and covered in DARK chocolate ganache (omg it's so good), then covered in marshmallow fondant. Everything is home made, so it took for a while to get it started. I used gumpaste to make bird houses and the tree (yes, I made the gumpaste too) and mostly worked at night little by little over 5 days. Leaves are made of fondant and I had to modify as I went along - oh I don't have the sense of sizes - hahaha. I enjoyed painting too.
