Cookies

It took about three days total to make the "Cookies" cake. I knew as soon as I saw it that it would be perfect with a round layer cake and some cupcakes. Carving was probably the hardest, since the white cake batter I used was very crumbly and the marshmallow icing was so sticky. The cupcakes were my favorite part, though! The final cake was sampled at home, then devoured at a birthday barbecue the next day.
